WILL Forum Meetings

The WILL Forum meetings bring together over 150 senior women executives from across industry who meet to share their collective thinking in an open and candid dialogue on the issues and challenges facing women in the workplace, and how we can learn from each other's experiences and support our network.

Key issues discussed at the meetings include:

  • What barriers do corporate and CEOs see for women in leadership positions?

  • How can women executives impact the internal environment and senior management towards a "level playing field"?

  • What can women leaders do to move quickly up the corporate ladder - and what leadership qualities will they require to build?

  • Is there a perceived hesitation at the Board level for having women as Board Directors - as indicated by the low numbers?

  • Is it realistic to have "metrics" for women executives in the C-Suite, Board Director, and Partner-level position?

  • Are mentoring and diversity programs in companies effective and how?

  • Is there a problem on the supply-side of not having enough qualified women - or is the problem on the demand side?

The Quarterly WILL Forum meetings have been hosted by Infosys Technologies, Indian Oil Corporation, Tata Consultancy Services, and Deloitte US Offices in India.
