Executive Coaching for Fast - Track Women

Program with the WILL Mentoring Council and Global Synergy Associates, Inc,

Companies that place a high priority on executive coaching for senior and "fast-track" women are able to retain them longer in the workforce, and are seen as employers of "first choice" for career advancement by talented and capable women

With this in mind, the "Forum for Women in Leadership" has launched the "WILL Executive Coaching Program for Women Executives". This program will be the first of its kind in corporate India and will deliver both to the organization and to building leadership skills for high-potential women executives in Indian Companies and multinationals operating in the India region.

The Program will aim to guide, nurture, and mentor fast-track women who are close to the top-management positions to chart a career within the company for leadership positions that match their skills, accomplishments and aspirations.
